I love the end when you cant speak its pretty funny..ive tried this and it works great…What else works great is if you mix hydregion peroxcid baking soda and mouthwash together to make a paste and then brush your teeth and they go white in about 2minutes!!! reply back to me if you want the recipe of the amount..Thanks and great vid!!

YES, there IS a technique and be careful, because it’s HOT when you put the guard in your mouth, fresh from boiling water to make them pliable enough to form–so here’s the tip: push firmly to make sure they hug your whole tooth. If it doesn’t work the first time, you can reimmerse in the boiling water and try again, I did that for the bottom form. Let me know how it works for you!

Gah! I did the same thing exactly. I only found the shapeable mouth guards at Wal-Mart. The teeth whitening gel I found at Rite-Aid. I have since seen it at other pharmacy-type drug stores as well. Depending on where you live, let me know when you find it, maybe CVS?

Thanks! If your dentist offers whitening as a part of your treatment, I’d trust the professional. This is a poorman’s backup, so choose accordingly. You lucky, your smile is going to be dazzling!
